Autism ADHD therapy

Pronouns: He/Him

I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals who often feel misunderstood, marginalized, or burdened by challenging experiences.

I am especially drawn to helping neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ folks, couples in which one or both people are neurodivergent, and those who have experienced complex PTSD.

How my passion developed

As someone who is autistic, has ADHD, and identifies as gay, I deeply understand the struggle of not fitting into the conventional mold and feeling neither accepted nor understood by family, friends, colleagues, and society.

Growing up, I frequently experienced feelings of shame and isolation, feeling as if I were on the fringes of life, looking in.

What I've learned is that breaking the silence that often shrouds shame and embracing our authentic identities can be profoundly transformative.

This realization serves as the cornerstone of my therapy practice, driving my commitment to cultivating a safe and nurturing space where clients feel empowered to openly share, explore, and embrace their identities.

How I live out my passion as a therapist

In my practice, my top priority is to create a warm and welcoming space where you can freely be yourself, without any fear of judgment.

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling seen, heard, and fully validated.

I am committed to creating a safe space for exploration, ensuring that your voice matters, and fostering an environment where personal growth is not only possible but celebrated at every step.

How I help others

My approach is grounded in empathy and open communication. I truly value your honest opinions and feedback, understanding how crucial it is for individuals to express their authentic selves.

I believe this openness is key in alleviating the shame often associated with having a marginalized identity.
